Job Summary
Assistant Center Director in Concord, MA at Mathnasium leading teams of Instructors and Lead Instructors alongside the Center Director to help K-12 students learn, understand, and excel in math. Drive community outreach, talent recruitment and development, and promote technology-enabled, customized learning plans. Foster a positive, engaging learning environment, nurture trust-based relationships with parents, schools, and community partners, celebrate student success, and support enrollment growth. Responsibilities include promoting technology to facilitate personalized digital learning, onboarding and staff development, coordinating with centers and staff, managing inbound sales funnels, maintaining Google Business Profile and Microsite content, monitoring enrollments and payments, and participating in community events. Qualifications emphasize leadership, communication with parents and students, goal-oriented growth mindset, multi-tasking, proficiency with educational technology, passion for math and STEM, energy and positivity, ability to work with diverse student ages, and teaching/tutoring experience; experience with Kumon/Sylvan/Huntington is a plus and mastery of math at advanced levels or relevant teaching experience in K-12 or higher education is valued.
