Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents via email or text. Handle inquiries and step in for seamless operations during Director absences. Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports to drive improvements. Partner with the Center Director to build a high-energy team and hit center goals. This role offers paid leadership training and a clear path to full Center Director, with a supportive environment where all necessary tools are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Math skills through Algebra I
- Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa flexible within 30–35 hrs)
- Passion for kids/teams; customer-focused leader
- Pass background check
