Job Summary
Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents via email or text. Handle inquiries and step in for seamless operations during Director absences. Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports to drive improvements. Partner with the Center Director to build a high-energy team and hit center goals. This role offers paid leadership training with a clear path to full Center Director, supported by comprehensive resources. Schedule includes 30–35 hours per week, five days, with flexible availability for Fridays and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Math skills through Algebra I
- Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa flexible within 30–35 hrs)
- Passion for kids/teams; customer-focused leader
- Pass background check
