Job Summary
Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery while performing functional behavior assessments and developing individualized treatment goals. Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity and collaborate with therapists and educators for holistic client outcomes. Design customized intervention plans tailored to each client's needs with full access to interdisciplinary resources. This role offers a base salary of $90,000–$95,000 with quarterly performance bonuses up to $12,000 annually, plus tuition support for a doctorate. As a BCBA-led organization, you will participate in monthly clinical case reviews and present at internal CEU sessions, contributing to research and national publications.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB
