Job Summary
Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery at the Lynnhaven Center in Virginia Beach. Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each client's needs. Empower families by leading monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term capacity and coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes. This role includes a base salary of $100,000–$105,000 plus quarterly performance bonuses, with a 10K sign-on bonus. Schedule runs from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, aligning with the afterschool therapy program. The organization offers monthly clinical case reviews, mentorship, and funding for conferences and publications.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB
