Job Summary
Welcome families, coach instructors during sessions, and communicate with parents about student growth while scheduling assessments and explaining the program to new families. Maintain organized daily operations, support team development, and manage CRM systems and digital learning platforms using spreadsheets. Balance leadership, customer service, and sales conversations to help students get the support they need. This long-term leadership opportunity requires a fast learner comfortable with technology, offering $18/hour plus training and advancement within our confidence-building math community.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable with math through Algebra 2
- Fast, independent learner who is not intimidated by new systems
- Comfortable with technology and systems
- Ability to learn and manage CRM systems for student notes, communication, and follow-up
- Ability to adapt to digital learning platforms and internal tools with ease
- Ability to navigate and work efficiently on an iPad / laptop during sessions
- Ability to use spreadsheets (Excel or similar) for tracking and organization
- Willingness to complete a background check
- Work authorization
- Commitment for at least one year
- Part-time availability (approx 20 hrs/week)
- Availability for Sundays 1–5:30 pm
- Availability for Mon–Thurs 1:30–7:30 pm
- Ability to welcome families and create a warm, professional first impression
- Ability to coach and support instructors during sessions
- Ability to communicate with parents about student growth
- Ability to schedule assessments and explain our program to new families
- Ability to keep sessions organized and running smoothly
- Ability to support training and team development
- Ability to talk with families, answering questions, and guiding them through enrollment conversations
- Ability to be motivated by goals and excited to support sales conversations that help students get the support they need
- Ability to be organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate face-to-face and on the phone
- Ability to be energetic, positive, and naturally encouraging
