Job Summary
Own the category management role for tMart, overseeing assortments, pricing, offers, and supply to drive economic performance across sales, gross margin, and profit. Monitor departmental metrics, implement commercial strategies, and resolve supplier issues while defining local assortments and negotiating with vendors. Price items based on guidelines, conduct market audits, and develop promotion calendars to ensure effective execution of consumer-facing activities. Provide inputs to Ops teams on adjacencies, tools, and fixtures, and analyze trends to optimize promotional activities. Requires 5+ years in FMCG category management with fluency in English and Arabic.
