Job Summary
Greet participants entering the facility, complete drug and breath analysis screens, and manage the initial intake process including paperwork and database entry. Assist Case Managers with case coordination, communication with agencies, and preparation of reports while conducting risk/need assessments and creating individual treatment plans. Facilitate evidence-based CBT and life skills programs, document participant progress, and monitor CMP development. Perform general office administration, file charts, enter data, and collect payments for daily deposits. Transport participants to community events, job fairs, and clinics using a company vehicle, and install or remove electronic monitoring equipment as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
- Valid State driver's license
- Five (5) year record of safe and competent driving as demonstrated by state motor vehicle report
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
- Good customer service skills
- Effective communication skills with internal and external contacts at all levels
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Basic database skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department
Desired Qualifications
- College coursework in Human Services or business discipline
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services
- Minimum of six (6) months experience working with minority populations
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills
