Job Summary
Greet participants entering the facility, complete drug and breath analysis screens, and manage the initial intake process including paperwork, database entry, and group assignments. Assist Case Managers with case coordination, communication with agencies, and preparation of reports while conducting risk/need assessments and creating individual treatment plans. Facilitate evidence-based CBT and life skills programs, document progress in case management software, and transport participants to community events using a company vehicle. Perform general office administration, including answering phones, opening/closing procedures, and collecting participant payments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
- Valid State driver's license
- Five (5) year record of safe and competent driving as demonstrated by state motor vehicle report
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Baccalaureate Degree in Social Services
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills
- College coursework in Human Services or business discipline
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services
- Minimum of six (6) months experience working with minority populations
- At least five (5) years driving experience if required to transport participants
- Good customer service skills
- Effective communication skills with internal and external contacts at all levels
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Basic database skills
- Basic math skills
