Job Summary
Provide individual and small group instruction in self-care, activities of daily living, communication, social and motor skills; perform direct care for ADLs and group activities including lifting and transferring as needed; participate in supervision sessions, team meetings, and program development; attend in-service trainings; comply with state/federal regulations and agency policies; protect health and safety of participants and staff; requires excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a collaborative human-services environment; requires a Bachelor's or Associate degree (or equivalent experience) and related experience; valid driver’s license; MAP certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Individuals with ID/DD
- A Bachelor's degree or an associate degree in a related field with two years of experience, or HS diploma and five years of related work experience in Human Services
