Job Summary
Casualty Case Management Specialist responsible for end-to-end casualty and estate case management involving Medicaid beneficiaries, intake, claims review, settlements, and related activities across a caseload of 700–1,000 subrogation cases; ensure HIPAA/PHI security, communicate with attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical/providers, prepare correspondence and documents, verify beneficiary eligibility, manage liens and settlements, and file notarized documents; remote work in the United States with emphasis on timely resolution, accuracy, and productivity; required 2+ years in subrogation, claims, or case management and proficiency with Word/Excel (Access preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in subrogation, claims, or case management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic knowledge of Microsoft Access is preferred
- Experience in a legal or insurance office setting (paralegal, legal assistant, casualty, or health insurance experience preferred)
- Familiarity with Medicaid and/or Medicare programs is preferred
- Remote – Anywhere within the United States.
