Job Summary
Assistant Campus Manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations and serving as a communication hub for Guest Services, Spa, Hotel Operations, and Academy. Leads SOP adherence across departments, conducts weekly team leader meetings, maintains building cleanliness per checklists, handles HR updates and employee reviews with Campus Manager, coordinates scheduling, leads training/orientation for new staff, enforces discipline procedures, ensures team appreciation, and supports operational coverage. Requires strong customer service, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently, lift up to 50lbs, and understand all Puppy Paws SOPs and Service Standards; capable of leading teams, resolving client concerns, and fostering an inclusive, values-driven culture. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays; hourly position with in-person (Edmond, Oklahoma) work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
