Job Summary
Supervise a team of 20–25 camp counselors, manage daily operations, and oversee budget and inventory for the camp. Conduct hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and training while ensuring all staff maintain required certifications. Lead front desk functions, monitor safety checklists, and maintain clean environments across cabins and play areas. Build partnerships with local businesses, handle digital marketing, and represent the brand at community events. Work flexible hours from 6:00 am to 7:30 pm, seven days a week, with on-call coverage for uncovered shifts.

- Must be available 6:00 am to 7:30 pm any day of the week
