Job Summary
Assistant Camp Leader supports the Camp Leader in organisational and administrative tasks, prepares daily programs and materials, assists with teaching coordination, ensures a structured daily flow, acts as a contact person for Counsellors, handles conflicts at escalation level, assists with parent communication, steps in when the Camp Leader is unavailable, and actively participates in camp life as part of the Counsellor team. The role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement in camp life within an international summer camp near Salzburg, Austria, with in-person duties and a temporary employment arrangement.
