Job Summary
Assist Café Manager in day-to-day operations at Hooksett Welcome Centers (I-93). Oversee shift operations, inventory management, daily paperwork/logs, food and drink preparation, safety and sanitation, and employee management including scheduling and development. This is a working management role with on-floor duties, hands-on training, guidance, and staff development to maintain a guest-first culture. Requires ServSafe certification, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years café experience
- Must be able to obtain/maintain ServSafe certification
