Assistant Buyer - Value Licensing

Assistant Buyer to establish a new Value Licensing team, sourcing licensed products across Womenswear, Menswear and Childrenswear; build supplier relationships, analyse data to plan across all categories, collaborate with design and merchandising; utilise product technology and sourcing functions to create outstanding products; work with the e-commerce team to optimise online sales through tone of voice and imagery, and coordinate with Marketing on campaigns and shoots within department budgets; manage the critical path for product development and selection, and swiftly identify new product opportunities; frequent travel to source products and negotiate ranges, with sign-off on ranges; role based at The Barn, Market Harborough office.
