Job Summary
Manage the critical path pipeline for in-house brands, ensuring stakeholders adhere to timelines and product ranges meet minimum GP% requirements. Conduct weekly sales analysis to monitor performance against budget, identify slow-selling items, and implement strategies to maximize margin through pricing, availability, and visibility adjustments. Collaborate with vendors, operations, and marketing teams to negotiate cost prices, approve artwork, execute promotional plans, and maintain competitive pricing using AI tools. Provide sales tracking, run reports on SKU-level profitability, and present findings to the senior team while addressing store queries and resolving customer issues.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to establish, maintain, and manage professional internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Sharp quantitative and analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to self-manage and meet deadlines
- Skilled at multitasking and hands-on work
- Strong problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure
- Quick learner with a can-do attitude
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Buying team role
