Job Summary
Conduct daily SKU setup and maintenance within merchandise systems, manage visual line lists, and track sample positions through photo and warehouse teams. Communicate project status, costing worksheets, and PO due dates while entering regular pricing for DTC and retail channels. Partner with the Buyer and visual teams to plan seasonal floor sets, assist with walkthrough setups, and maintain competitive retail analyses. Prepare reporting as directed and uphold data integrity across inventory, design, and creative functions. Work onsite Monday through Thursday with a remote Friday option.
Required Qualifications
- BA /BS degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of retail buying experience
- Familiar and comfortable with pulling sales reports
- Strong ability to analyze business metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- Ability to create pivot tables
- Experience with advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and execution
- Solid understanding of retail math
- Effective communicator—provides timely updates and collaborates cross-functionally
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong data management and analytical capabilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, shifting tasks and timelines
- Ability to work autonomously and good judgement
- This role requires being onsite in our office Monday through Thursday, and remote option on Friday
- Note: Occasional travel may be required
