Job Summary
Liaise with Buyers, brand partners, and offshore teams to confirm order details, manage buy sheets, and resolve discrepancies. Oversee purchase order transmission and allocation direction for high-touch categories while preparing Buyers for market through historical performance insights and trend analysis. Initiate strategic product assortment development, support style-out sessions, and execute in-season analysis by communicating bottoms-up insights to recommend actions. Manage markdown cadence, oversee price changes, and generate custom buying reports to drive sales and brand growth.

- Strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides
- Proficiency in systems (RFS, AMS, PCW, NuOrder)
- 1 - 2 years' experience as an Assistant Buyer
- Preferably in a major department store
