Job Summary

The Assistant, Business Operations will be responsible for planning and organizing day-to-day operations of the verified/registration unit, ensuring proper verification and scanning of Guarantee Letters for patient treatments. The role entails verifying patient information for accuracy, managing support documents, and assisting in patient registration processes. Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations and quality management standards including ISO and Hospital Accreditation is essential. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or certification needed
  • 1 year working experience
