Job Summary
The Business Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Business Office, including assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable; duties span routine office tasks such as mailings, answering phones, filing, and maintaining resident and census information, with a focus on billing/collection practices and confidentiality. Responsibilities include assisting the Business Office Manager with A/R, A/P, billing and resident account functions, month-end close support, filing and records management, equipment maintenance coordination, and serving as evening receptionist with weekend rotation. Requires high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year in an office setting; proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication and detail-oriented skills are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in an office environment. Experience with A/R preferred.
