Job Summary

Assist with payroll input and hours calculation, handle telephones, process resident account deposits and payments, and perform typing tasks. Support the Business Office Manager and consultants in planning Business Office functions and interface with other disciplines. May supervise or fill in as Business Office Manager with limited or full authority. Ensure adherence to State, Federal, and Company standards with alerting management to potential non-compliance and correction plans. Manage bank deposits, assist with end-of-month procedures (cash receipts, reconciliations, Resident Trust Fund allocations), and prepare disbursement checks for approved expenditures. Maintain accuracy, efficiency, confidentiality, and professionalism while delivering strong customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and Intranet navigation is required. Equal opportunity employer.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year management/supervisory experience preferred
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Internet, and Intranet navigation
