Job Summary
Drive sales to meet targets and oversee store operations by managing inventory, executing floor sets, and reducing product returns. Prioritize time on the counter to deliver the full Morphe customer service experience while coaching and developing the team on makeup artistry and industry trends. Lead by example as a confident coach, facilitating trainings, reviewing timekeeping records, and acting as a point of contact for delivery issues. Step in to fulfill Business Manager responsibilities as needed, ensuring consistent standards of cleanliness and organization across the selling floor and backroom. Maintain flexible availability for peak traffic times including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support the brand's growth and community engagement.
