Support the Business Manager to determine individual and team sales objectives, communicate them to Retail Artists, and coach the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved in both service and artistry. Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service, maintain impeccable visual merchandising and hygiene standards, and execute flawless grooming protocols. Create a positive team culture through collaborative management styles, regular reviews, and two-way feedback. Extend the customer experience beyond the store by driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities. Propose plans, events, and activities to unlock commercial success while implementing individual and team development plans.
