Assistant Business Development Manager - Asset Finance

Assistant Business Development Manager - Asset Finance supports the Asset Finance proposition and works with the Head of Sales and field-based BDMs. Tasks include first-line support to panel introducer firms, handling inbound/outbound calls to develop new business and resolve broker/customer issues, reviewing Asset Finance lending opportunities and providing indicative terms, providing cover to BDMs with telephone and email support, assisting with onboarding and onboarding processes for introducer firms, coordinating with the Broker Support Team, and contributing to Management Information and policy updates. The role emphasizes product knowledge of Asset Finance, strong communication and relationship-management skills, and proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook, with a focus on delivering high-quality service, risk/compliance adherence, and supporting the bank’s annual lending budget.
