Job Summary
Manage reception and clerical tasks for Assistant District Attorneys in the Trial Division, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and delivering messages. Assist with case-related duties such as searching legal databases, listening to audio calls, and reviewing body-worn camera videos. Maintain petty cash, manage bureau equipment, and provide backup coverage for schedule changes. Work Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Candidates must possess a high school degree and three to four years of administrative experience, with a bachelor's degree substituting for years of service.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above
- Education and/or experience which is equivalent to the minimum requirement of high school graduation and three years of experience
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Commitment to one (1) year to the hiring unit

- Bilingual Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn in-house proprietary applications
- Ability to follow directions, work independently, and manage assignments
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workflow
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Dependable team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with Office staff
- Able to maintain a positive attitude to set the tone for a professional office environment
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff and witnesses
