Job Summary
Assistant Brewer at Victory Brewing - Parkesburg, PA involved in assisting with daily production in the brewhouse, cellar, and packaging to meet production goals. Responsibilities include maintaining proficiency in at least two production areas (brewhouse, cellar, packaging), with all-three experience a plus; workweeks based on a 40-hour schedule with possible incidental overtime; flexible shifts (First shift 5:45am-2:15pm; Second shift 1:45pm-10:15pm) and rotating schedules. Tasks include loading raw materials, maintaining a clean and safe work area, setting up hoses/clamps, performing CIP and sanitation per SOPs, basic maintenance on pumps/valves/tanks/process equipment, and contributing to continuous improvement. Requires good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), ability to multitask, problem-solving, and willingness to perform other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 1-3 years of beverage industry experience
- one-year supervisory experience
