Job Summary

End-to-end ABM role delivering campaigns and activations across leading Australian wine brands; ownership of AFL sponsorship delivery and integrated marketing activity; agency management across creative, media and production; retail, shopper and channel activation; budgeting and cross-functional collaboration; based in Sydney, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–4 years’ experience in brand or marketing roles (FMCG or alcohol preferred)
  • Proven experience delivering campaigns or activations end‐to‐end
  • Strong project management across multiple workstreams
  • Commercial awareness (budgets, performance, outcomes)
  • Confidence working with agencies and internal stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Nice to have: Experience in alcohol, FMCG or regulated categories
  • Exposure to innovation, packaging or go‐to‐market launches
  • Understanding of digital, social and content execution
