Job Summary
End-to-end ABM role delivering campaigns and activations across leading Australian wine brands; ownership of AFL sponsorship delivery and integrated marketing activity; agency management across creative, media and production; retail, shopper and channel activation; budgeting and cross-functional collaboration; based in Sydney, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years’ experience in brand or marketing roles (FMCG or alcohol preferred)
- Proven experience delivering campaigns or activations end‐to‐end
- Strong project management across multiple workstreams
- Commercial awareness (budgets, performance, outcomes)
- Confidence working with agencies and internal stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Nice to have: Experience in alcohol, FMCG or regulated categories
- Exposure to innovation, packaging or go‐to‐market launches
- Understanding of digital, social and content execution
