Assistant Brand Manager - Professional

Job Summary
Support the Brand Manager in developing annual marketing plans, executing B2B programs, and managing visual merchandising for the professional channel. Measure execution performance against ROI and KPIs, then share insights to drive business growth. Identify market opportunities through sales data and competitive trends, while ensuring brand consistency across visual assets and activations. Manage SKU creation procedures, adapt global assets to local relevance, and coordinate promotional updates within the order management system. Lead communication for the professional channel via monthly reports and e-blasts, collaborate on social media content, and partner with PR and Education teams to roll out product training. Visit accounts and attend business events to understand the market, independently manage competing project timelines, and proactively identify process improvements. Establish dialogue with international counterparts to ensure brand harmonization and assist with forecast planning.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (Business, Marketing, or related field)
- 2-4 years of brand management experience preferably in B2B or professional channel environment (prestige/luxury beauty is ideal)
- Exceptional English verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of independence and resilience
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to confidently communicate recommendations to diverse audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with a flexible and adaptable mindset
- Professional with strong project management skills; ability to think critically and creatively
- High level of accuracy; able to detect inconsistencies and errors with keen attention to detail
- Strong collaborative skills; ability to work efficiently within a team environment
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills; ability to gather critical data, translate analysis of an opportunity to resulting goals, and develop POV/recommendation
- Positive attitude with an excitement for learning; open to new experiences and challenges
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Must live in the greater Toronto area
- Working conditions: Additional hours working evenings and weekends for events as business needs dictate (with notice and lieu time offered)
Desired Qualifications
- French bilingual a plus but not essential
- Experience using Tableau, PowerBI, Klavyio and SketchUp is an asset
