Job Summary
Assistant Brand Manager at Kraft Heinz responsible for taking NPD to market including idea generation, preparation of business plans, P&L management, and go-to-market planning for AU and NZ; develop and implement annual advertising, POS, publicity and consumer promotion plans; liaise with agencies to develop & execute marketing & advertising campaigns; monitor brand performance and develop consumer insights through research tools and reporting; assist in strategy development including one- and three-year plans; support budgeting and quarterly forecasting; manage monthly A&P spend; coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Management); ensure compliance with Kraft Heinz policies; role requires collaboration across departments and strong skills in data interpretation, presentation, and project management.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
- Minimum 2+ years in marketing (or marketing related) experience
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- Brand management experience in FMCG or similar accountabilities
- Understanding of marketing processes and systems (e.g. Stage Gate, DAMs, etc)
- Problem solver with resilience
- Project management capability on NPD, renovation, innovation or advertising
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to make recommendations
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
