Job Summary
The Team Assistant will provide foundational administrative and operational support to Warner Music Group's Brand & Audience Services department. Responsibilities include owning the Linkfire creation/execution process for catalog releases, monitoring social platforms for trending audio, submitting song attributions for TikTok/Meta sounds, ensuring first-party data segments are updated and synced with external ad partners, gathering assets for paid media campaigns, sorting vendor invoices, assisting with setup/execution of paid media campaigns across Spotify, TikTok, and Meta, monitoring campaign performance, assisting with pacing and budget tracking, and generating structured performance reports. The role emphasizes data integrity across systems, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting a fast-paced marketing operations environment. Qualifications include 0–2 years of relevant support experience in music/entertainment, strong communication, familiarity with Meta/TikTok/YouTube/Snapchat specs, and proficiency in Google Workspace. In-office presence is required at least 4 days per week, with locations in Los Angeles and New York.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant support experience in the music, media, or entertainment industry (preferred)

- proficiency in Google Workspace
