Job Summary
Serve B2B customers like PepsiCo and FedEx by determining their equipment needs and explaining trailer-rental options. Use a consultative sales approach to prospect, build relationships, and close rental, lease, and trailer sales transactions. Manage customer accounts including credit and collections while tracking leads and performing inventories using the sales contact system. Prepare for an upcoming role as an Outside Sales Branch Manager by managing P&L and branch metrics. This position offers job training and mentorship for advancement to a management track at one of 46 nationwide rental facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1-3 years of Business to Business (B2B) sales related experience
- Able to relocate out-of-state upon promotion to an Outside Sales Branch Management role in your first 1-2 years of employment
