Assistant Branch Manager

Oversee daily branch operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting staff leadership and operational compliance. Act as a key point of support for branch staff and clients, serving as a leader in the absence of the Branch Manager. Build deep knowledge of bank products to understand client needs, proactively seek new business relationships with business owners and community leaders, and make out-of-office calls to referral sources. Introduce digital and self-service options to clients and develop strategies to expand the small business and consumer client base. Communicate clearly with staff and clients verbally, over the phone, and via video chat to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist the manager in optimizing operational effectiveness and profitability to enhance shareholder value while supporting branch leadership in meeting production goals.
