Job Summary
Assistant Branch Manager Trainee role focused on developing leadership for armored route operations and branch management. Training spans Route & Operations and Office & Leadership phases with hands-on experience, scheduling, staffing, compliance, and performance management; post-training placement at a home branch based on business needs. Compensation includes hourly trainee pay and potential salary progression with bonuses, plus benefits and a sign-on bonus. Requires 21+ and a valid driver’s license; FOID card in IL and 108 Security Permit in WI; high school diploma or GED; ability to pass background checks and DOT requirements; ability to lift 50 lbs; exposure to a regulated, fast-paced environment; promotion from within encouraged.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to pass background checks and DOT requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- FOID card (Illinois) or ability to obtain
- 108 Security Permit (Wisconsin) or ability to obtain
