Job Summary
Assist Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations across sales, margins, and customer experience; drive revenue and improve profitability through pricing, product mix, stock control, and efficient logistics. Lead, coach, and develop branch staff; maintain high standards of customer service and health & safety; ensure proper stock control, pricing procedures, and branch presentation while supporting debt collection and overall P&L performance.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Hardware/Builders Merchants or similar environment
- Strong understanding of sales, margin, and branch operations
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Good commercial awareness and financial understanding
- Strong organisational and communication skills
