Job Summary
Coach and lead branch employees, maintaining a highly motivated, well-trained staff while acting as the go-to person for problem-solving in the absence of the Branch Manager. Build long-term relationships with members by assisting with routine financial transactions, opening new consumer accounts, and processing loans including home equity and business products. This Tuesday through Saturday schedule requires in-person engagement from 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM weekdays and 8:45 AM to 1:15 PM on Saturdays, totaling 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate. You will actively participate with coworkers and managers as the face of Sound Credit Union, supporting our mission to make connections and champion our members across the Puget Sound region.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful work experience as a Universal Associate/Personal Banker or equivalent position at a financial institution
- Experience in opening new accounts and loans
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be bondable
- Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available
- Notary and NMLS certifications
- US citizenship or permanent legal residency
- In-person schedule Tuesday - Friday: 8:45AM - 5:45PM & Saturdays 8:45AM – 1:15PM
- 40+ hours per week

- 2+ years experience in a management role or demonstrated experience in a leadership position
