Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day branch operations per established policies while maintaining quality service standards and acting as Branch Manager during absences. Assist members and potential members in understanding Credit Union products and services, performing Member Service Representative duties as needed. Lead teams with a focus on training and development, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all member interactions. This role supports the organization's mission to be a premier financial partner within the Falls Grove Financial Service Center in Washington, DC.
Required Qualifications
- Resident of the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia
- Senior level banking and/or credit union experience
- Customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication
- Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality, privacy and professionalism as a front-line representative of our institution
