Job Summary
Manage branch operations and customer loan origination by evaluating applications, performing risk analysis, making credit decisions, and processing closings. Actively contact current and potential customers to originate new business, recommend consumer loan and voluntary product solutions, and educate clients on credit improvement and debt consolidation. Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and implementing plans to meet sales goals while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Complete an 18-24 month on-the-job training program to learn branch management fundamentals before overseeing your own branch.

- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Auto insurance
- Satisfactory driving record
- Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing
