Job Summary
Manage your assigned branch by originating new loan business, evaluating applications, performing risk analysis, and making credit decisions. Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting and training while implementing plans to meet sales goals and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will also educate customers on consumer lending services, help them through the loan application process, and make payment reminder calls as needed. This entry-level role includes an 18-24 month paid training program before you assume full branch management responsibilities.

- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Auto insurance
- Satisfactory driving record
- Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing
- Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role
