Job Summary
Manage a branch by originating new loan business, evaluating applications, performing risk analysis, making credit decisions, and administering closings. Assist customers with loan applications, payment reminders, and voluntary product sales while educating them on credit improvement and debt consolidation. Support the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and implementing plans to meet sales goals and promote core values. Complete an 18-24 month on-the-job training program to learn branch operations before managing your own branch. This entry-level role offers a clear path to Branch Manager with relocation support provided upon promotion.
