Job Summary
Conduct customer outreach to originate new loan business by contacting current and potential clients, listening to their needs, and recommending consumer loan and voluntary product solutions. Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, make credit decisions, administer loan closings, and process insurance claims while assisting the Branch Manager with recruiting and training. Educate customers on lending services, including credit improvement and debt consolidation, and manage payment reminders to ensure outstanding customer experiences. Complete an 18-24 month on-the-job training program to master branch operations and management before overseeing your own branch.

- Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing
