Job Summary
Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers to recommend consumer loan and voluntary product solutions while educating clients on credit improvement and debt consolidation. Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, make credit decisions, administer loan closings, and process insurance claims. Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and developing plans to meet sales goals while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Participate in an 18-24 month on-the-job paid training program to learn branch operations and management before managing your own branch.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Auto insurance
- Satisfactory driving record
- Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing
