Job Summary
Manage an entry-level branch by originating new loan business, evaluating applications, performing risk analysis, making credit decisions, and processing insurance claims. Actively contact current and potential customers to understand their needs, recommend consumer loan and voluntary product solutions, and educate clients on credit improvement and debt consolidation. Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and implementing plans to meet sales goals while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Complete an 18-24 month on-the-job training program before assuming full branch management responsibilities. This role offers a clear path to Branch Manager with full relocation support provided upon promotion.
