Job Summary
Manage your assigned branch by originating new loan business, evaluating applications, performing risk analysis, making credit decisions, and processing insurance claims. Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting and training staff while implementing plans to meet sales goals and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will educate customers on consumer lending services, help them through the application process, and make payment reminder calls as needed. This entry-level role includes an 18-24 month on-the-job training program with a clear path to Branch Manager, though promotion typically requires relocation.
