Job Summary
Conduct daily retail branch operations by managing customer transactions, executing branch leads, and maintaining data quality for referrals and applicants. Coach staff on prescribed sales activities through pre-shift huddles, monitor workflow, and measure sales results while adhering to FNB policies and risk management protocols. Perform traditional teller duties as needed and coordinate operational tasks including scheduling, supply management, and vault cash handling. Complete the lifecycle of new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Requires high school education, two years of experience, and knowledge of banking procedures; legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 2 years of job related experience
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
- MS Word - Basic Level
- MS Excel - Intermediate Level
- MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
- Experience in a related position
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures consumer products and services
- Sales and customer service skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to perform traditional teller transactions as needed
- Must be able to manage daily sales activity through branch staff coaching

Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
