Job Summary
Support the Branch Manager to drive sales and improve store performance by motivating and organizing staff daily. Uphold customer service standards by processing retail and trade sales, providing accurate product advice, and building strong relationships with key customers. Maintain a high standard of branch presentation while ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures. This role requires lifting, bending, and climbing and involves reporting directly to the Branch Manager to introduce new initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervision or leadership role
- 2+ years' experience working in retail or a related trade position
- Knowledge or understanding of automotive products (or willingness to learn!)
- Effective communication style at all levels
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- This role will require lifting, bending & climbing
