Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and support to branch customers, processing credit loan applications and presenting loan solutions using product knowledge. Maintain office cash with accuracy and security, grow account volume through customer solicitations in-branch and by telephone, and minimize delinquent debt through proactive outreach. Handle payments and fees in compliance with policy, and transport deposits to and from the bank. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior customer service experience in either a sales/retail environment or cash management environment
- Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrive in a pay-for-performance atmosphere
