Job Summary
Assistant Branch Manager at Regional Finance focused on high-impact sales to drive revenue, grow accounts, and maximize branch performance. Responsibilities include achieving branch and individual sales goals, using a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle, generating new and repeat business through customer engagement and outbound outreach, delivering a high-energy, service-focused customer experience, processing cash transactions accurately while maintaining compliance, managing delinquency and past-due accounts, transporting funds as part of branch operations, and supporting team performance with additional responsibilities as needed. The role requires strong sales and closing ability, clear communication, relationship-building skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Working in an office-based setting with normal business hours and occasional Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation (required for bank deposits)
