Job Summary
Achieve individual and branch sales goals by driving performance, improving retention, and contributing to profitability. Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle, generating new and repeat business through customer engagement and outbound outreach. Deliver a high-energy, service-focused experience while processing cash transactions and payments accurately, managing delinquency, and resolving past-due accounts. Transport funds and deposits as part of branch operations, supporting team performance with additional responsibilities as needed. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional Saturdays and overtime. Regional Finance serves 450,000 customers annually and offers a path to Branch Manager with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation
- Strong sales and closing ability
- Clear and confident communication
- Relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule
- Occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed
