Job Summary
Dynamic role leading branch operations: assist members with opening/closing accounts, refer products/services, process loans (with underwriter review), coach and develop branch team, drive member growth and deposits, and maintain high service standards to deliver WOW experiences. Responsibilities include coaching staff, achieving monthly branch goals, balancing cash, processing transactions, and providing relationship-driven guidance to members. Requires at least one year of related experience and a high school diploma or GED. Compensation starts at $21.44/hour (DOE) with comprehensive benefits.
